3. Pricing and Product Information

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Right of Cancellation (Cooling-off Period)

In terms of Section 44 of the ECTA, if you conclude an electronic transaction on this Site, you are entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty any transaction for the supply of goods within seven (7) days after the date of the receipt of the goods. - You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. - A full refund of the purchase price will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation. - This cooling-off period does not limit the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee offered by Herbalife, which allows returns even of opened/consumed products.
