As an Independent Herbalife Distributor, I am committed to your satisfaction. Herbalife offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife® product purchased from this Site, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or product exchange.
Return Conditions & Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
In South Africa, our return policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (CPA): - Condition of Items under the 30-Day Guarantee: The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all products, even if the containers are opened, partially empty, or fully empty. We want you to try the products completely risk-free. - Defective Goods (CPA Section 56): If a product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the specified safety standards, you have the right to return it within six (6) months of delivery for repair, replacement, or a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective goods. - Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returned items. - Return Shipping Costs (Satisfaction Returns): If you are returning a product under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with the exact return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) and ship them using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt. Your refund will be processed, and a full credit (excluding return shipping costs for satisfaction returns) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@herbaally.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different flavor or item, please send us an email at support@herbaally.com. We will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
