Shipments dispatch directly from the official Herbalife South Africa warehouses to ensure maximum product freshness, safety, and complete traceability.

1. Order Processing Time
All paid and confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official South African public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods and Transit Times
We entrust our deliveries exclusively to the top express couriers in South Africa (such as Courier IT, Dawn Wing, or similar express networks). - Standard Delivery in South Africa: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 24 to 72 business hours (1 to 3 business days) depending on the destination. Major metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours, while outlying or regional areas may take up to 72 hours. - No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is ready and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email notification containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your package's delivery status in real-time.
5. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete (including street number, suburb, city, and postal code). If the courier is unable to deliver: - The courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery (either paper or digital) with instructions to reschedule or coordinate collection. - If a package arrives visibly damaged, please accept it "with reservation" and consult our Refund Policy page for detailed return instructions.
6. Geographic Restrictions
We only fulfill orders to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. For shipments to other countries (where Herbalife operates), please contact us privately for authorization and operational arrangements before checking out. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or unauthorized postal collection boxes.
7. Shipping Support
In case of an abnormal delay exceeding 72 business hours from receiving your dispatch notice, or for any lost package or delivery inquiry, help is guaranteed! Please write us a message, always indicating your order number, to: support@herbaally.com.
